About 3 weeks ago, I pulled a muscle in my lower leg. I'm strictly not allowed to run at all, for 2 whole weeks, and counting. I just lost a ton of weight, and was starting to become such a healthy person. Unfortunately, now that I can't run, it's almost impossible to get even close to the amount of exercise I used to be doing, even with just walking. Please can I have some suggestions on a few calorie burning exercises that are easy and effortless, that don't put any pressure on the legs. Thank you to any answers!
