What am I supposed to do?

If I am a foreigner and my wife is filipina hits me without applicable reason, what am I suppose to do?Just endure until her frustration will be released? What if I would get serious injure by that, are there any ways to accuse? or just go back to my country? I love here in the Philippinese but I can't stand unreasonable violence from the partner.
