Bleeding from fingering?

It's not my hymen because I've been having sex for two years. But my bf was fingering me really rough and hard yesterday and I bled a pretty decent amount that was bright red. It wasn't my period because I've been on birth control for two years and it's always been on a regular cycle. Plus it stopped afterwards. It doesn't. Burn when I pee but I can feel a really vague kind of feeling like a diminished pain that really doesn't hurt that bad. I'm worried what could this be??
